The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office reports that the right lane of the westbound Mathews Bridge is currently closed.

They’re working on a crash with injuries.

The Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department told Action News Jax it transported two people with serious injuries.

According to JSO, the left lane is open, but drivers should expect heavy traffic.

It is unknown when the lane will reopen.
