Sean “Diddy” Combs stared at the brute legal battle which he actually accuses him of human trafficking AND racketeeringwhere he faces a long term imprisonment in a maximum security prison. According to his lawyer Mark Agnifilo, Diddy he is still quite optimistic and focused on defense. He added that music mogul he has no intention of accepting any plea deal, instead remaining steadfast in fighting all charges against him.
In a new document TMZ titled “Diddy’s Fall: Indictment,” Diddy’s lawyer indicated what was playing on his mind. The lawyer suggested that the indictment would only strengthen Diddy and make him more confident than ever before. Diddy has been taking his time behind bars, perfecting his defense, and clearly can’t wait to serve as a witness in court. But his lawyers say he may be taking a risk because, as everyone knows, testifying isn’t always the wisest thing to do in a case.

His lawyer says: “For me, it’s about looking to the future. Another old enemy Suge Knightwarned Diddy to “watch your back” from behind bars, adding to another wave of thoughts about his safety. But from what Diddy’s legal team sees, this guy is built for fighting, and as he awaits trial, he’s getting stronger by the day.
As Diddy continues to fight these charges, his lawyer maintains that they will not appeal; he is fierce in fighting for a clean record in the courts. For now, though, the music mogul wants to keep things light and breezy as she continues to wage her legal battlegrounds.
