According to his lawyer Mark Agnifilo, Diddy he is still quite optimistic and focused on defense. He added that music mogul he has no intention of accepting any plea deal, instead remaining steadfast in fighting all charges against him.
In a new document TMZ titled “Diddy’s Fall: Indictment,” Diddy’s lawyer indicated what was playing on his mind. The lawyer suggested that the indictment would only strengthen Diddy and make him more confident than ever before. Diddy has been taking his time behind bars, perfecting his defense, and clearly can’t wait to serve as a witness in court. But his lawyers say he may be taking a risk because, as everyone knows, testifying isn’t always the wisest thing to do in a case.
